Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VPNVA handles data while providing cross-border access, network acceleration, account management, and order processing. Data is processed only when necessary to deliver subscription services, maintain account status, complete transactions, troubleshoot issues, and improve site operations, following purpose limitation and necessity principles.
Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to VPNVA marketing pages, the user panel, and features directly related to subscription services. When users enter a third-party payment page or external platform, that party processes data under its own policy; this policy does not replace third-party rules.
VPNVA does not build user profiles from network activity content. Internal access is assigned according to work requirements, and data is used only for defined service inputs, order outputs, operations, maintenance, and compliance handling—not for purposes unrelated to subscription services.
Data Collected and Its Uses
Registration requires no email address: a username and password are enough, so the service does not normally collect a registration email. The account system processes usernames, authentication credentials, plan status, used traffic, remaining traffic, and account activity records for identity verification, quota calculation, subscription delivery, and account security.
For orders, the service retains the selected item, payable and paid status, payment channel, order status, refund status, and transaction reference information. These records support delivery confirmation, billing disputes, and refunds. Text, attachments, and diagnostic materials submitted voluntarily through a support ticket are used only to respond to that request and investigate the issue.
Site analytics may process page paths, visit times, referring pages, browser and device categories, approximate region, and necessary network request information. This helps confirm that pages render correctly, identify abnormal traffic, and improve content structure. Analytics are not used to record the specific content accessed through international routes.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNVA follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain web content, search content, communications, or history that could reconstruct personal network activity. The service does not maintain long-term connection logs to track a specific user's destinations.
When a connection is established, the system briefly processes the technical status needed for authentication, route assignment, traffic measurement, and fault diagnosis. This status supports the current connection and is not retained as browsing history; it is reset when the connection ends or troubleshooting is complete. Traffic totals and plan status remain in the account because they are necessary for quota calculation and service delivery.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Payment Processing
The site may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, interface language, necessary security status, and page preferences. This information maintains login state, restores operation status, and reduces repeated input; it does not record network access content. Clearing browser data may sign the user out or reset local preferences, but it does not automatically cancel existing orders.
Payments by Alipay / WeChat / USDT are processed through the relevant third-party channel or network. Payment credentials are entered and verified in the third-party process. VPNVA receives the transaction result, channel type, and reference information needed to complete an order, but not the complete sensitive credentials used to initiate payment. How third parties retain transaction data is governed by their privacy rules.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable requirements. Access analytics are retained in a form needed for aggregated and operational analysis. Support ticket data enters the cleanup process after issue handling and any necessary review are complete. Once the purpose of processing ends, data is deleted, de-identified, or converted into aggregate information that cannot be linked to a specific account.
Users may submit a support ticket through the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account control may need to be verified before a request is processed. After an account is deleted, data required for service delivery stops being used. Records that must be retained by law or to handle unfinished transactions, refunds, or disputes are cleared when the relevant purpose ends. Copies in backups leave the system through normal rotation and are not restored to daily business systems.
Policy Updates and User Choices
When data uses, product features, or applicable requirements change, VPNVA will revise this policy and update the date on this page. Changes that materially affect data processing will be explained through a visible notice on the site. The updated policy takes effect when published; continuing to use the relevant features after the change takes effect means the updated content has been read.
Users can clear Cookies and local storage in their browser or stop using pages related to access analytics. If they do not agree to data processing necessary for account and order delivery, they can stop creating new orders and submit a data processing request through the user panel.
